Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first 30-minute consultation is free. We can meet at your business or a public location, whichever is easier for you.
Do I have to be in Brevard County?
No. We're based in Brevard County and work remotely with clients throughout the U.S.
Where do we meet?
Most of our work happens remotely. When it helps to meet in person, we schedule a time at your business, your home office, or a public spot.
My books are behind or a mess. Can you help?
Absolutely. Catch-up and cleanup is one of the most common reasons clients call us, often after a previous bookkeeper left things unfinished.
What software do you use?
We work in QuickBooks, Xero, and Gusto. If you're not set up yet, we can set you up.
Will you work with my accountant?
Yes. We regularly work alongside CPAs and can talk with your accountant for you.
Are you a CPA firm?
No. Brevard Bookkeeping is a bookkeeping firm, not a CPA firm. We keep your books accurate and ready for your CPA.
How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $250 per month. You'll get a more accurate quote at your free consultation.
